Does HAVN Essentials ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping throughout Canada.

We hope to start shipping to the USA and worldwide in the future, so please follow us on social media at @havnessentials to stay in touch.  

When will I receive my order?

You care about receiving your order on time and in good condition; we do too! We strive to ship and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From there our standard shipping times range from 2-12 business days within Canada

Please note that delivery timelines may vary under various circumstances, such as holidays, new product launches, various climate emergencies, and promotions.

What should I do if my package says it was delivered but I haven't received it?

If you haven't received your package and you believe you should have (your tracking information says your package has been delivered or it's past the expected delivery date) send an email to essentials@havnsaunas.com. We'll do our best to locate your package and let you know what happened.
