If an order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us right away at essentials@havnsaunas.com
Before you submit a return, we would love the opportunity to resolve any issues you are experiencing. If you do end up deciding that the product you ordered is not right for you, please be aware that you will be required to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee.
Due to the personal nature of soap and related products we can only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that original shipping costs and items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for refund.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
If you wish to make a return and you qualify for the above conditions, please connect with our Customer Wellness Team at essentials@havnsaunas.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll take it from there.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
I made a mistake in my order. What do I do?
No worries! Mistakes happen. Please let our Customer Wellness Team know as soon as possible by sending an email to essentials@havnsaunas.com. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to catch your order before it leaves our warehouse, but we’ll try our best.
